Françoise comes with over 25 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, bio-pharmaceutical, medical device industries with full P&L responsibilities. Françoise has a stellar record in setting up and developing new businesses/markets, optimising, boosting sales and core earnings. She has demonstrated a history in the opening, establishing, and managing 25 markets in the EU, Central and Eastern Europe, and Russia.

Her 23-year work history at Alcon, holding roles of increasing responsibility including GM Russia and Area Director Russia, CIS, Central, and Eastern Europe, has provided her well-earned recognition across Europe as an expert business leader in ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery.​

She has a profound knowledge of the Russian pharmaceutical and CIS markets, where she opened and led many organizations to success, including Alcon, the undisputed leader in the region.

In addition, her tenure at InterMune as Senior Director New Territories non-EU markets and Takeda Pharmaceuticals as GM, Head of Central Eastern Europe enabled her to deep-dive into other therapeutic areas such as Rare Diseases, Haemato-oncology, Respiratory, or Auto-Immune Diseases.

She holds a Master’s degree in Modern Applied Languages and International trade from Université Blaise Pascal II, France.

A French native she is also fluent in Russian, English, and German.
